Where did IDAIDE come from?

IDAIDE originally was advertised as Browel's Manufacturing Ltd. For over 30 years, we have specialized in making high quality medical ID bracelets and necklaces. We have also been manufacturing high quality stainless steel Pet ID tags, mostly for dogs. In 2007, we created a division of Browel's Manufacturing Ltd., calling it IDAIDE to better project what we do and what our focus is.

What is the guarantee for your bracelets and necklaces?

Because of their quality, our stainless steel bracelets and necklaces have a lifetime warranty. If you break it or wear it out, we will repair or replace it for free. You will pay a small shipping fee. Bracelets or necklaces made of precious metals are non-returnable if they have been engraved.

How do I know what size to order?

Send us your wrist measurement and we will add 1/2 inch to the length. This will normally ensure a proper fit. For necklaces, please see the lengths that are available.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

If you ordered the wrong size, you may return it to us for resizing. Please include a copy of your receipt and instructions on what size you would like.

What information should I have engraved on my bracelet?

Our Emergency Medical Alert bracelets, pendants and tags are for everyone and can help people with any condition. Engrave information that could help in case of an emergency when you might not be able to speak for yourself. A general guideline for engraving is to include:

• Your name
• Any medical condition you might have
• Any severe allergies
• Any medication that you are taking that can have potentially dangerous interactions
• Any medication that should be administered
• An emergency phone number
• Your Doctor's phone number

When will I receive my jewelry after I place an order?

Normally, we process an order within 4 business days and ship from 7 to 10 days. Large orders of 50 or more take longer to process but normally ship within 10 business days.

Can I mail or fax my order to you?

Absolutely, however you find most convenient. Please give us the same information as directed by our web site and either mail or fax it to us at your convenience.

What is your privacy policy?

Information is contained in controlled facilities, protected from unauthorized access and kept only as long as reasonably required. Definitely! We have two sizes of pet tags with medical ID symbols at no extra cost to alert anyone to your pet's medical condition. These medical alert pendants can be a literal life saver!
